About the Recruitment Consultant position

Based at our offices in Sedgley, Dudley

To be sales orientated and bring in new clients to the business in childcare / education and sports sectors.

To enhance the working hours we do each week, secure long term and perm bookings.

To visit clients and meet potential new clients in various locations.

To work with temps and clients on a daily basis - dealing with morning calls, being their first port of call, fulfilling bookings.

Chasing up timesheets

Recruit temps and clear them appropriately for work.

To ensure robust recruiting procedures are followed and adhere to the Company safeguarding children policy and procedures.

To be prepared to meet temps in various locations as part of their work clearance.
-
Be organised with administration duties.

To have fantastic computer skills including using programs such as word, excel and recruitment software.

You will be a key holder with ‘some’ lone working responsibilities.

To work under the direction of the Recruitment Manager.

Hours- (4 days a week initially between Mon – Fri) 7.30 – 3.30- must have flexibility if required

Salary: 21,000 pro rota

The suitable candidate will need to undertake a DBS check for this post.
Requirements of the recruitment consultant position

Must have experience in a similar role

Must be a car driver with access to your car and business insurance

To undergo a DBS as apart of clearance to work alongside two satisfactory references, including your most recent employer
