About the Nursery Room Leader Role

Based in a private day nursery, 70 placed
-
40hrs per week offered over a variety of shifts between 7.15am - 6.15pm

Support children in their learning and development

Provide observations and stimulating activities for children around the EYFS framework

You will be responsible for key children, their planning, progress and reports

You will be responsible for delegating and managing other nursery practitioners working in the room with you

Responsible for parent partnership; liaising with parents, supporting nursery parent events and including parents in child's learning and progress

After you've passed probation, you will be required to do DSL training

Salary: £8.50 - £9 based on experience

This Nursery Room Leader role can be considered for term time only
Requirements for the Nursery Practitioner Role (do not apply if you don't meet this criteria)

Must hold a full and relevant level 3 certificate in childcare

Must have experience of using the EYFS in day to day practice

Must have previous experience in a similar role

Must have outstanding safeguarding knowledge
Safeguarding statement for the successful Nursery Practitioner candidate
